Certified as a Pilates Trainer by BASI® Pilates Method
Roberta discovered Pilates method 10 years ago, and as a dancer she found very helpful to put this practice beside her dance and bodywork.
From the 2015 she has been continuously teaching Pilates, completing the teacher training formation at BASI® Pilates.
Group Mat classes
60 minutes of Pilates classes on the mat.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 - ONLINE via zoom
Saturdays at 10:30 in Studio. - Danzarte, Berlin.
Wednesdays at 8:30 in Studio - Fabrik Potsdam.
The program takes into account the level and goals of the whole group, but attention to personal needs is maintained.
Private mat classes
60 or 45 minutes of Pilates on the mat.
The class can take place at home, in the office or in a room that I have equipped. The program is tailored to your needs, expectations and goals to achieve the best results.

.WHAT IS PILATES
Pilates is a holistic training method that Joseph Pilates (1883-1967) invented and developed about 70 years ago.
The Pilates method is based on the following principles: Strengthening the center of the body, conscious breathing, concentration, precision in execution, control of movement, flowing movement. In a Pilates lesson, individual muscles or muscle groups are specifically activated, stretched or relaxed. By strengthening the middle of the body, incorrect postures are corrected and tensions are relaxed. The movements are always accompanied by conscious breathing.
The advantages of a regular Pilates practice are:
- a strengthening of all body muscles (from the deep muscles next to the spine to the superficial muscles)
- an improvement in mobility and coordination
- a correct and effortless posture
- a higher awareness of movement and breathing
- an entry into concentration
- a healthy connection between body and mind.
